How can I buy it?

You can buy items through the online platform by selecting the items and placing an order. Once the payment is confirmed, you will need to pick up items in person during the pick-up days organised by Shiji Poland. 

Since the items are pre-owned and offered at special prices, all sales are final. By participating, you agree that returns are not accepted and collection is in-person only.

How can I pick up my orders?

After buying an item, you will receive an email with the pick-up details. 

📍 Pickup is in person only, organised by the dedicated Rebench Team on Friday, 24.10, on the 5th Floor in Building C, Silesia Business Park

📧 You must present the purchase confirmation e-mail sent by Rebench when collecting your items. 

Items will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the items may vary in condition, as they are sold in general categories (e.g. white desk) sorted by 3 different conditions. By participating, you agree to accept any differences in conditions.

Can I return the items?

No. Please note that returns are not accepted, as the items are offered in pre-owned condition at special prices and must be picked up in person. Neither Rebench nor the Shiji Poland provides a warranty or statutory liability for defects (exclusion of warranty).
