How does the Shiji Poland Less Waste Sale work?
🪑 Shiji Poland Office Equipment Sale - Give Items a Second Life!
We’re excited to announce the Shiji Poland internal office furniture & IT equipment Garage Sale, organised in collaboration with Rebench - a company specialised in facilitating the circularity of office assets.
This is your chance to buy pre-owned office items at discounted prices and give them a second life, rather than letting them go to waste.
What should you know?
⏳ Time is ticking
The Garage Sale is occasional and time-limited, and the prices are preferential for employees.
♻️ Giving items a second chance - differences in condition
Products are grouped into general categories (e.g. "grey office chair") with a particular condition. This means individual items may vary slightly in appearance or condition compared to the sample photo, but all are functional and suitable for reuse.
🚫 No returns
Since the items are pre-owned and offered at special prices, by participating, you agree that returns are not accepted.
📦 Pick up in person within a limited time
Pick up is only available in person and is organized by Shiji Poland & Rebench on a specific date - Friday, 24.10. If the purchased furniture is not collected at the designated pick-up times, then the purchased furniture will be donated, and there will be no possibility of retrieving it later.

📦 When can I pick up the items?
Items will be distributed by a dedicated Rebench team on a first-come, first-served basis

📅 Date: Friday, October 24, 2025
⏰ Hours: 12:00 - 20:00
✅ How it works – step by step:
1. Authorise your email and log in
- We will share the link to the dedicated Rebench sale platform once the sale starts.
- Enter the link and click the "Log in" button. Type your company e-mail address.
- You will receive an access code via email, which you should copy/paste into the portal. This is how you authorize your email.
2. Browse & buy
- Once you enter the portal, you can view available items.
- Browse and add items to your cart.
- Important: adding to the cart does not reserve the items. To secure your selection, you must complete the transaction and make the payment.
3. Complete your purchase
- Complete your purchase by filling in your details and making an online payment.
- Rebench handles all transactions - you will receive an invoice from Rebench via email.
4. Pick up your items
After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with:
- a confirmation (you’ll need to show this when collecting your items)
- pick-up dates
- contact details of the SEB administrator in charge of coordinating pick-up
📦 Pickup Details
📍 Pickup is in person only, organised by the dedicated Rebench Team on Friday, 24.10, on the 5th Floor of Building C, Silesia Business Park
📧 You must present the purchase confirmation e-mail sent by Rebench when collecting your items.
If the purchased furniture is not collected at the designated pick-up times, then the purchased furniture will be donated, and there will be no possibility to retrieve it later.

At Shiji Poland, we are committed to minimizing office waste and extending the lifecycle of as many office assets as possible by recirculating them locally.
Partnering with Rebench, which facilitates this Furniture Resale, we aim to act in line with circular economy principles by maximizing local reuse of resources. We want to motivate you to act as “second-life agents”.
When buying, consider the needs of your local community, such as schools, foundations, and hobby clubs. Probably some organization around needs such items, and we can’t reach them all. That's why we need your help!
