Returns

Neither Rebench nor the Shiji Poland provides a warranty or statutory liability for defects (exclusion of warranty). 

  • Ordered Items can be collected in person, at the place and time indicated by Shiji Poland.
  • Collection is only possible upon presentation of the purchase confirmation.
  • Transport of the Items must be arranged individually by the User.
  • Once an Item is collected, neither Rebench nor Shiji Poland accepts returns.
  • If the purchased furniture is not collected at the designated pick-up times, then the purchased furniture will be donated, and there will be no possibility of retrieving it later.
